The South West London System is a partnership of organisations providing health and social care to the 1.3 million residents of Croydon, Richmond, Wandsworth, Sutton, Merton and Kingston, and the three principal universities in the area.

SW London System small grant fund offers up to £10,000

 

Grants of up to £10,000 are being offered to support health and social care projects across south west London. The SW London System’s small grants fund has been in place for three years and aims to support local initiatives that address local south west London priorities including:

 

- Better Services, Better Value (BSBV) - a review of NHS health services across south west London.
- Greater integration across health and social care and
- Local commissioning priorities, including those linked to Joint Strategic Needs Assessments (JSNAs) and NHS’s Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention (QIPP) scheme’s priorities.

Applications for funding are open until Friday 17 May 2013 and an application form and further information can be found under ‘Projects we fund’.
